·   Served as Scrum Master for two Agile teams during a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) transformation, delivering new features and enhancements of Dealertrack’s web-based inventory management solutions, using Perl, JavaScript and CSS.

·   Coordinated with product owners to create and maintain product roadmaps, communicate release status and assist in identifying and overcoming roadblocks.

·   Lead the internationalization (i18n) and localization to Canadian French of one of the largest vehicle inventory solutions in the market.

1.       Southwest Airlines, Dallas, TX, July 2011 to Feb 2014

·   Managed the end-to-end implementation of a new web-based baggage tracing application, involving internal and vendor resources, applying a combined onsite/ offshore model.

·   Led the development of a groundbreaking handheld plane-side commodity scanner (PSCS), using Agile  SCRUM Methodology, on Windows Mobile, C#, JAVA based rest services and SOTi MobiControl MDM.

·   Performed requirements gathering, analysis and design of a Baggage Service Office (BSO) scanner application, utilizing the Intermec CN70 ruggedized handled computer.

·   Developed a dynamic flight information display application for ipad 3 using Objective-C, which enabled the visualization of TIBCO business events in the form of flight schedules, flight routes and IROPS.

 

2.       PFIZER Global Manufacturing, Peapack, NJJuly 2010 to May 2011

 

·   Designed and led a global initiative to consolidate worldwide production support operations for the manufacturing division of the global pharmaceutical company Pfizer, encompassing over 100 Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing applications.

·   Ramp up a 25 person team distributed between onsite and offshore locations.

·   The technologies included, among others, SAP BI/BW, Informatica, Cognos, Crystal reports, QlikView, and Data Stage.

 

 

 

3.       MERCK Co Whitehouse Station NJ       June 2010 to August 2010

Responsibilities:

·   Managed the performance review of a leading pharmaceutical company’s commercial model analytics system.  The environment provided commercial trend reports based on over 1.5 billion records and utilized Informatica ETL, Oracle DB and OBIEE reporting platforms.

·   Responded to RFPs valued at over 20M annually to shift from time and materials to more effective methods of sourcing, involving a wide range of technologies, including COGNOS, SAP BW, Informatica and TIBCO.

Tektronix Inc.                  September 2008 to August 2009

·   Successfully managed application development, system delivery and support of Tektronix’s network intelligence system, involving COGNOS reporting tools and Oracle DB, with a value of over $2M for multiple customers in the United States and Latin America

·   Led the service organization in the vendor selection and training process during the transition from single to multiple channel partners in Latin America.

·   Responded to request for quotations and proposals worth over $4M for both new and existing clients.

·   Led the requirements gathering, design and development of a credit card application solution, for one of the largest financial institution in Mexico, using Oracle database, Cognos reporting and .NET UI interface.

·   Developed a new end-2-end process based on the PMI philosophy that reduced deployment times, improved internal communications and increased client satisfaction.

·   Successfully planned and executed the deployment of over 30 call center operations in the United States and Mexico.

·   Planned and managed the orderly shutdown and closing of two operations centers, resulting in important operation costs reductions.
